Dowel grips are a great solution...

ALL GYMNASTS MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR COACH TO GET GRIPS!

Grips are NOT for everyone! If your child has been given permission to try grips, here are the 4 necessary links for ordering. Your child will NEED grips, wristbands, & a bag

GRIPS
(You will need to size your child's hand yourself. Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the wrist/palm)

WRISTBANDS
(She will need both kind)

Please remember, grips are not for everyone. Gymnasts will try using grips. There is a 2-4 week adjustment period for grips. It takes time to get used to them and typically gymnasts have to RELEARN all of their skills once they have the grips on. After the 2-4 week trial period, your child will either say "I LOVE GRIPS" or "I NEVER WANT TO WEAR THOSE AGAIN".
